Dates

July 1st - August 31st 2023

Throughout the 9 weeks, there will be multiple modules.
Each module will be covered across multiple sessions.
Expected time commitment is 2-3 hours per week.

Format

Live Online Sessions

Learners will need regular computer and internet access to participate in live sessions.

Tuition

FREE!

Yes, it’s true! This is 100% free, and all 40 applicants will receive a 250£ grant to use to implement their individual campaign.


Our Aim

  • Incorporate a youth perspective in the global HIV response.

  • Provide tools and resources for young people to advocate for efficient HIV prevention.

  • Contribute to HIV youth-advocacy activities around the world.

  • Incubate replicable activities developed by youth in the fight against the AIDS epidemic.


Programme Methodology

  • Training Sessions

    40 participants will create and implement HIV awareness campaigns within their communities

  • Project Implementation

    Different lived experiences during implementation will help us to validate the toolkit to support diverse youth-led awareness campaigns

  • Networking & Final Seminar

    At the end, participants will co-create a manifesto with the concerns of youth to be delivered to international organizations

  • Conference panel opportunity

    Top three projects will be given an opportunity to showcase their campaign at the 2023 NoTimeToWait conference hosted by LetsStopAIDS.
